About

Dr. Sara Pritchard, B.Sc., D.C.

Dr Sara Pritchard graduated from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, ON and moved to Saskatoon, SK in 2002. She has worked in Saskatoon since that time. She also currently practices in Outlook, SK. Until recently, she also practiced in Humboldt, SK.

Sara always knew that she would be a doctor due to her interest in and love of science. When experiencing lower back pain in her twenties, she sought out chiropractic treatment. She was so impressed with the results she received from treatment, she decided to continue her post secondary education and become a chiropractor.

Sara has taken extensive continuing education to further her chiropractic and medical knowledge and skills. In the past few years, she has taken courses in:
  • McKenzie Method Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (Part A: Lumbar Spine and Part B: Cervical and Thoracic Spine)
  • RAPID Neurofascial Reset: Upper Body, Lower Body and Core
  • Torque Release Technique
  • Activator Method Chiropractic Technique
  • Thompson Chiropractic Technique

Sara has also taken all of the courses and training necessary through Acupuncture Canada (AA1, AA2, BTCM and AA3) to be able to write her licensing exams to practice Acupuncture. She anticipates she will take these licensing exams in 2019.

Sara enjoys reviewing patient radiology in private practice. She finds unusual and difficult chiropractic cases a challenge and a learning opportunity.

In her spare time, Sara is involved with the Quality Assurance Committee, a branch of the Chiropractors’ Association of Saskatchewan. She enjoys working with her peers to advance excellence in the chiropractic profession.
